The Vice President of Lean Delivery Outcomes is a senior enterprise leader within Prudential's Enterprise Process Excellence (PEX) organization. This role owns the enterprise delivery system setting standards, governing outcomes, and ensuring disciplined, consistent execution across Prudential's Global Technology & Operations (GT&O) ecosystem.
You will lead a strategic function responsible for delivery excellence, outcome governance, and execution rigor, overseeing three critical teams: Lean Delivery Catalysts, Governance & Metrics, and SDLC (service delivery life cycle) & Methodology. Together, these teams ensure speed, accountability, quality, and measurable business outcomes across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
- Set and lead the enterprise strategy for delivery excellence, ensuring speed, precision, and accountability to business outcomes.
- Establish and govern enterprise delivery standards that balance speed, quality, risk, and scalability.
- Ensure delivery processes and standards are consistently adopted across business and technology teams.
- Provide senior leadership for Lean Delivery Catalysts, embedding scaled lean and agile practices across value streams.
- Drive execution consistency while enabling flexibility where it matters most.
- Own and evolve enterprise delivery metrics, dashboards, and scorecards with outcome-focused reporting.
- Integrate metrics and delivery insights to inform prioritization, investment decisions, and continuous improvement.
- Lead executive-level communications on delivery performance, trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Define, govern, and continuously optimize SDLC standards across the enterprise.
- Leverage external perspectives, industry best practices, and emerging capabilities, including AI-enabled delivery, to continuously modernize delivery models and improve speed, quality, and outcomes.
- Partner with senior business, technology, and product leaders to operate a highly accountable delivery execution model.
- Influence across functions to drive enterprise-level change and sustained results.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Deep expertise in scaled agile, lean delivery, transformation, SDLC design, and performance measurement.
- Proven success establishing enterprise delivery standards, governance models, and metrics at scale.
- Proven business, financial, and analytical acumen, with the ability to translate delivery performance, metrics, and insights into meaningful business outcomes and value realization.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior executives across business and technology.
- Strategic enterprise leader with the ability to translate vision into disciplined execution, demonstrated by a track record of delivering sustained, enterprise-level change.
- Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries preferred.

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $205,600.00 to $308,300.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
