Join a team where transformation is central to how we operate and where you can make a visible difference at one of the world's leading financial services institutions.

Your Team & Role
As the Vice President, Delivery in the Chief Data and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDOAI), you will play a central leadership role in shaping and executing Prudential's data and AI agenda. This is a leader-and-doer role requiring both strategic leadership and hands-on execution. Sitting at the intersection of strategy and delivery, you will translate business priorities into actionable plans, operating discipline, aligned governance, and measurable results across a broad, company-wide portfolio. This role requires a leader with high standards, strong follow-through, and a bias for action who can move seamlessly between strategy, execution, and stakeholder leadership. You will work across the organization to drive a complex portfolio, solve problems directly, and deliver progress against business outcomes, value realization, financial discipline, and adoption.
Success in Role

- Lead and develop a high-impact team of execution professionals, including globally distributed teams, by setting a high bar for performance, fostering trust and accountability, and creating an environment where talented people can move quickly, collaborate effectively, and deliver excellent outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to align talent, budgets, capacity, and critical skill sets in support of enterprise priorities.
- Own financial and performance alignment across the portfolio by partnering with Finance and Portfolio Management to validate KPIs, monitor value realization, and ensure investment decisions support strategic priorities.
