As our footprint expands, the Site Technology Lead for Ireland will oversee the stability, scalability, and evolution of onsite technology infrastructure to support ongoing business operations and future growth from our Letterkenny office on a hybrid basis. This role provides hands on leadership in maintaining secure systems, ensuring enterprise connectivity, and driving successful technology setup and support during site expansions. Serving as a key partner to cross functional teams, the Site Technology Lead ensures that technology solutions enable productivity, operational excellence, and organizational outcomes.

What you can expect:

  • Ensure the local technology infrastructure remains current, secure, and scalable.
  • Coordinate regular maintenance and upgrades of hardware, software, and network systems to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain connectivity and compliance with enterprise technology standards.
  • Monitor system performance, proactively address issues, and implement improvements to optimize utilization.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of technology requirements across departments to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
  • Identify emerging technologies and evaluate opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity.

  • Track system usage and performance metrics to guide investment and improvement decisions.
  • Provide hands on support in establishing technology infrastructure for new or expanding locations.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to coordinate technology rollout plans and resolve technical challenges.
  • Train staff on new systems and ensure seamless integration of technology to support business growth.
  • Partner with appropriate BTOs in the U.S. to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, standards, and governance.
  • Navigate cultural nuances, operational challenges, and interdependencies associated with global site operations.
  • Demonstrate strong visibility and leadership across the organization, influencing technology-related decisions.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred). 5-7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or technology operations roles.
  • Experience supporting multisite environments and/or technology enablement during facility expansions strongly preferred.
  • Expertise in network infrastructure, hardware/software systems, and enterprise IT environments.
  • Proven capability to maintain secure, scalable, and reliable technology ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of performance monitoring tools, system analytics, and IT service management practices.
  • Technical Agility: Ability to evolve secure and scalable infrastructure aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Strategic Thinking: Evaluates technology needs and trends to support organizational goals and productivity.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Works effectively across teams to implement solutions and resolve challenges.
  • Operational Leadership: Proactively leads improvements that optimize performance and support business growth.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to support and train end users.
  • Ability to operate in a fast paced, highly visible role with significant responsibility.
