Prudential's Global Retirement & Insurance businesses provide financial advice and develop, distribute, and service income and protection solutions for individuals and institutional clients around the world. Prudential wants to offer you an outstanding opportunity to develop through a 10-week internship program in Global Retirement & Insurance which is designed to help accelerate critical business skills and leadership capabilities. The experience gained within the program will help Global Retirement & Insurance future talent.
Timeline:
Program Dates: Monday, June 1st, 2026 - Friday, August 7th, 2026
Application Deadline: Friday, September 26th, 2025 (We review applications on a rolling basis and reserve the right to close earlier based on volume or role availability.)
PGIM Investment Professional internship and full-time analyst applications open Tuesday, July 1st, 2025. All other role types open on or after Monday, August 4th, 2025. You may apply for up to three roles per recruitment season.
What you can expect:
This summer internship is a feeder into our Global Retirement & Insurance Leadership Development Program. Our full-time rotational program offers three 8-month rotations within Global Retirement & Insurance and is structured to give you a broad background through meaningful exposure focused in areas such as Product Development & Innovation, Sales, Customer Experience, and more.
During your internship you'll be placed on one Global Retirement & Insurance team for the summer, our teams feature a diverse mix of functions across Prudential's businesses. You'll work in a collaborative and encouraging environment that promotes and rewards individual contributions, while placing equal importance on the results of the larger team. Below are examples of different functional roles that Interns (and eventual Rotational Associates) can be placed on:
- Product Development & Innovation: These are tech-savvy pioneers with one eye on what's new - and the other on what's next. Whether you work on a product team or lead one, you'll oversee combining of key insights about our customers with Prudential's overall business strategy. Our talent is passionate about developing innovative products that bring ingenuity, simplicity, and humanity to Prudential-and to our customers.
- Customer Experience: Being customer focused is a driving force in our enterprise strategy as we build an industry leading experience to be competitive in the market and to drive top-line growth. Prudential has embarked on a journey to bring customer focus beyond a cultural aspiration and to use it to fundamentally challenge how we run our business and priorities.
- GRI Service Operations & Transformation- GRI Service supports all the GRI Businesses in Prudential: Individual Life Insurance, Retirement Strategies, and Group Insurance. Service Operations and Transformation offers the opportunity to learn about all aspects of servicing including contact centers, back office, digital self-service, and how AI and intelligent automation play a critical role in the modernization of how customers interact with our company after they have purchased a product. You can have an important impact on the customer, employee, and advisor experience in this function.
What you'll need:
- Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor's program graduating between December 2026 and May 2028
- Preferred areas of study: Business, Economics, Management, Business Analytics, Operations, Entrepreneurship

Note: The salary range for this role is $28.00-$34.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.
