Our Role:
We are looking for a motivated and bright individual like you to fulfill a unique opportunity within our dynamic environment. Responsibilities:
- To carry out market and sector specific research for deals under evaluation by searching and synthesizing information from various public and subscribed data sources.
- To assist with generating pitch decks to introduce deals to fund managers
- To assist with DCF modelling for deal evaluation and scenario analysis
- Assist with Origins data population and comps compilation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications especially Excel and Powerpoint
- Interest in Real Estate
- Positive learning attitude
