What you will do

PGIM's Global Wealth Team seeks to hire an experienced, field-facing International Alternative Investments Sales Specialist ("AI Sales Specialist") to support the ongoing growth of its $350 billion alternative investment platform, which spans a wide range of assets classes and strategies, across private and public markets. The AI Sales Specialist will collaborate closely with key stakeholders in investment, product management, marketing and sales teams to distribute alternative investment solutions to diverse investors across EMEA and APAC wealth channels. The position will be based in London, England and report to Dominick Carlino, Global Head of Alternative Investments, PGIM Global Wealth.

What you can expect

  • Distribution Support: Provide subject matter expertise and partner with International Sales teams to execute educational and sales initiatives for alternative strategies across wealth management firms, private banks, retail banks and family offices. Adapt US-developed strategies for regulatory and market nuances across EMEA/APAC.
  • Sales Enablement: Partner with International Sales teams to lead roadshows and campaigns, supporting the creation of multilingual marketing collateral and educational content.
  • Client Engagement: Represent PGIM's alternatives platform in client meetings, conferences, and thematic forums. Deliver tailored presentations and thought leadership on global alternatives trends.
  • Client Service: Ensure timely and high-quality post-sales support, researching and resolving advisor and client matters with consistency and excellence.
  • Product Strategy: Collaborate with global product teams to design region-specific solutions using alternative investment structures such as private placements, feeder funds, limited partnerships, interval funds, and offshore vehicles. Monitor competitive landscape and investor preferences to inform product positioning.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to local regulatory frameworks (FCA, ESMA) and cross-border distribution rules.

What you will bring

  • 10+ years in alternatives distribution or product strategy within global asset management and private wealth
  • Deep expertise in private markets and hedge fund strategies; strong knowledge of alternative structures (private placements, feeder funds, evergreen funds, offshore partnerships).
  • Proven ability to communicate across cultures and navigate diverse regulatory environments.
  • CAIA/CFA preferred; proficiency in European and/or Asian languages highly desirable.

  • Annual Leave of 25 to 28 days, based on years of service, at full pay.
  • Retirement Savings Plan: Employees receive a company contribution of 10% basic annual salary and a maximum employer-matching contribution of 5% of basic annual salary.
  • Life Assurance & Income Protection: Life Assurance for 8 times your basic annual salary, up to a max benefit of £1.8million. 60% of your basic annual salary for a limited payment terms of 5 years, at the end of which a capital sum of 2x your basic annual salary is payable.
