What you will do

PGIM Custom Harvest is looking for an experienced relationship manager to focus on Retail Separately Managed Accounts. The Client Service Associate will work to strengthen relationships and ensure that clients are satisfied.

PGIM Custom Harvest, a division of PGIM Investments, is a pioneer in the development of tax-beneficial investment strategies using exchange-traded-funds (ETFs) for clients seeking improved after-tax outcomes. We provide full exposure to a client-selected benchmark while generating tax alpha through customized separately managed account (SMA) portfolios of ETFs. PGIM Custom Harvest manages $6.7 billion on behalf of a wide range of RIAs and Wealth Managers.

What you can expect

  • Development and review of client transition proposals with financial advisors for prospective clients
  • Perform new account analysis and coordinate acceptance
  • Liaison with FA/clients as well as internal stakeholders
  • Ensure the resolution of Financial Advisor/Client inquiries and requests.
  • Provide daily reporting to senior leadership
  • Review account onboarding paperwork with FA/clients as well as PGIM Wholesalers
  • Generate account performance reports, review performance attribution, and contribute to future performance reporting enhancements
  • Function as subject matter expert for future enhancements of internal systems and processes
  • Daily management of inbound phone line to support Financial Advisor inquiries
  • Coordinate with Trading team to accommodate account trading instructions
  • Manage Advisor outreach campaigns in coordination with other Custom Harvest teams

What you will bring

  • Demonstrated knowledge of retail separately managed accounts and direct indexing
  • 6+ years of experience in client services within investment management, brokerage, or capital markets
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices
  • Specific knowledge of ETFs and structured products
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation
  • FINRA 7 & 66 licenses
  • Strong knowledge of portfolio construction
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, managing large data sets)
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce client management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary Range Disclosure

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $100,000 to $125,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
