What you will do
This candidate will report to the Head of ETF Capital Markets for PGIM and serve as a key member of the team supporting the fast-growing ETF product suite within PGIM. The team works closely with investment teams across the firm as well as sales, operations an other key functional areas vital to the ETF ecosystem within PGIM. The team is a vital connection between the market making and authorized participant community and the full resources across PGIM.
What you can expect
- Support daily ETF Capital Markets activities including creation/redemption orders, Investment team coordination, and secondary market trading.
- Assist in managing relationships and communications with APs, market makers, and exchanges.
- Monitor secondary market activity and identify dislocations, spreads, or enhancements to trading efficiency.
- Track and report ETF primary and secondary market metrics including volume, liquidity, spreads, and flows.
- Provide coverage during core trading hours to ensure responsiveness to trade inquiries and operational continuity.
- Partner with internal stakeholders across Operations, Product, Compliance, and Sales to resolve trade and settlement issues.
- Conduct market oversight and summarize competitor activity, pricing, and liquidity.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of the ETF business.
- Proactively identify and drive process improvements to boost market quality and operational efficiency.
- Perform daily reviews of ETF website data/holdings to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Rule 6C-11.
What you will bring
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
- Series 7 license required
- 2+ years of experience within ETF capital markets, trading, or operations; ideally at an ETF market maker, Authorized Participant, or ETF issuer.
- Strong understanding of ETF mechanics, particularly primary/secondary market structure and the creation/redemption process.
- Familiarity with trading systems, order workflows, and market data platforms (Bloomberg preferred).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced trading environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills; experience working with large datasets, market research tools, macros, and trading platforms (Bloomberg preferred).

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $100,000 to $135,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
