Onboarding Relationship Manager, Advisor Onboarding
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Onboarding Relationship Manager with a strong background in the financial services industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role is pivotal in building and nurturing relationships across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
The Onboarding Relationship Manager is a key point of contact for experienced financial professionals (EFPs) throughout the recruiting and onboarding process. The Relationship Manager oversees their progress, ensuring a seamless and positive onboarding and transition experience for the EFP and their clients. This individual serves as a single point of contact between the EFP and Home Office support teams, proactively engaging with the EFP and resolving challenges throughout the onboarding journey.
A critical component of this role is the strategic partnership with LPLE, our broker-dealer for advisors. The Relationship Manager will collaborate closely with LPLE's transition support and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth and coordinated experience between Pru and LPLE. This includes aligning processes, sharing insights, and resolving any cross-organizational challenges that may arise.
In addition to supporting EFPs, the Relationship Manager will also play a key role in supporting newly hired Regional Directors who bring an existing book of business. This includes coordinating transition efforts, ensuring proper alignment with internal and external resources, and facilitating a smooth integration of their business into the firm's infrastructure.
