The Brand Organization is introducing a Senior Integrated Producer role to lead video production projects that elevate Prudential's brand and drive enterprise growth. This role combines operational excellence with creative leadership, ensuring each project delivers measurable business impact.
Key Focus Areas:
- End-to-End Leadership: Direct all phases of video production-from initial concept through delivery-ensuring projects advance Prudential's brand and marketing goals.
- Operational Mastery: Deliver projects on time and within budget, leveraging innovative production methods and optimizing internal/external resources.
- Strategic Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with vendors, agencies, and internal partners to ensure seamless execution and quality standards.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Navigate challenges with agility, making data-driven decisions that balance creative ambition with business realities.
- Impact Measurement: Track and report on production efficiency, cost savings, and the business results driven by video content.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple, concurrent video projects, ensuring high-quality output and strategic alignment.
- Develop and monitor detailed production schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
- File management including storage and distribution of files.
- Champion best practices in video storytelling, technical production, and emerging media trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content effectiveness and audience engagement.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Proven success in leading complex video productions for large brands or agencies.
- Expertise in both creative and technical aspects of video production (pre-production, shooting, editing, post-production workflows).
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with creative, technical, and executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects that move the needle on key business metrics.
- Reporting Structure:
- Reports to Creative Operations Director and partners closely with other Level 9 Integrated Producers.
The EWA for this role is hybrid working 3 days in the Newark office.

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $118,700.00 to $176,600.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
