The Manager, Field Leadership & Advisor Growth, is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously enhancing programs that build the leadership capabilities of new and experienced sales leaders, driving team performance and growth across Prudential Advisors. This role takes the lead to develop and manage leadership programs, including career pathing, and supports the advancement of a high-performance sales culture.

The current employee work arrangement for this position is preferably hybrid and may require your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. We are open to considering virtual candidates. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.

What you can expect:

  • Partner with the Director, Field Leadership & Growth to develop and manage programs for new and experienced sales leaders including career pathing.
  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging training and learning experiences for sales leaders including recruiting, investment/wealth management/financial planning sales practices, coaching, performance management, and onboarding Advisors and teams. This includes executing on field leadership meetings.
  • Consult with senior leaders and stakeholders to diagnose capability gaps, recommend solutions, and support succession planning and onboarding for sales leadership roles.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and leadership development research to ensure innovative, relevant offerings.
  • Track and report on program effectiveness through feedback, adoption metrics, and performance outcomes.
  • Lead large-scale learning projects and events and manage program operations, including logistics, communication, vendor relationships, and measurement of program effectiveness.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative learning environment that supports diverse leadership styles and promotes growth within the sales organization.

What you'll need:

  • 5+ years' experience in wealth management sales leadership development.
  • Proven expertise in designing and facilitating leadership programs and managing complex projects.
  • Deep and current understanding of sales processes and financial advisor recruiting & coaching methodology.
  • Strong consulting, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and documentation skills.

What we offer you:

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $106,000.00 to $174,900.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
  • Market competitive base salaries, with a yearly bonus potential at every level.
