As our global footprint expands, the Global Workforce Strategy Performance Planning & Support role will be critical to enabling sustainable growth and ensuring future readiness. The Performance and Planning Support role for the Global Workforce Strategy (GWS) will enable operational efficiency, support and maintain business partnerships, and deliver data-driven performance management. The role will report to the Global Workforce Strategy Governance Leader and will support the successful implementation of strategic global expansion for the enterprise.

What You Can Expect:

  • Enable accurate forecasting of future state pipeline and headcount needs, ensuring resources are optimally allocated.
  • Improve throughput and utilization by analyzing trends and implementing data-driven solutions.
  • Provide the data and insights needed for Global Workforce Strategy Governance and Operations Lead to facilitate business case discussions/decisions.
  • Drive business alignment by collaborating with units on intake prioritization, supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Enhance stakeholder engagement through transparent and timely communication of performance insights.
  • Maintain comprehensive performance dashboards that deliver actionable metrics to leadership.
  • Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure consistent delivery and identify opportunities for improvement.

What You Will Bring

  • A bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • A background in operations, project management, or business analysis within a global or enterprise setting is highly advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in developing and tracking KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics, with experience in data interpretation to inform decision-making and drive operational improvements.
  • Demonstrated expertise in workforce planning, resource allocation, and forecasting future pipeline and headcount needs in a complex, global environment.
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining performance dashboards and reporting tools, utilizing platforms such as Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics software.
  • Experience partnering with multiple stakeholder groups to anticipate what business units need and reach out early, building trust and making collaboration easy and effective.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for the appropriate audience, highlighting what matters most, and ensuring information is appropriately disseminated so that decisions can be made quickly and confidently.
  • Ability to quickly see trends and connections in data that others might miss, helping the team make smarter decisions before issues arise.
  • Demonstrated experience breaking down complicated information and processes into clear, usable insights that anyone can understand and act on.
