What you will do

We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our EMEA Global Wealth Client Marketing Team as a Marketing Associate. In this role, you'll support the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives designed to strengthen relationships and help drive business growth among regional and global financial intermediaries across EMEA. This position is ideal for an early-career marketing professional with experience in financial services or B2B marketing, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders, assist in delivering impactful marketing programmes, and contribute to projects that support the organisation's growth across multiple European markets.

What you can expect

  • Assist in planning and executing integrated pan-European campaigns, supporting timelines and performance tracking.
  • Support the execution of paid media and brand programmes across EMEA (paid social, LinkedIn Ambassador, paid search).
  • Work with global brand, media, and social teams to ensure creative assets and messaging are aligned across markets.
  • Coordinate with regional teams to adapt and localise campaign assets for different markets.
  • Assist in creating and adapting content for digital, social, and email channels in collaboration with product marketing and local teams.
  • Support personalisation efforts by implementing segmentation and data-driven tactics.
  • Help execute relevant pan-European events and webinars, managing logistics and supporting stakeholder communication.
  • Assist with brand-building initiatives, sponsorships, and advertising in external publications and websites.
  • Support budget planning and day-to-day management for all channel activation plans and team initiatives.

What you will bring

  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German or Italian is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Curiosity and a hands-on approach, with a willingness to learn, adapt, and proactively solve problems.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate timelines and multiple priorities
  • Some experience in campaign management, including digital and social media.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed organisation.

Experience:

  • Relevant marketing experience, ideally in asset management or financial services.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

  • Annual Leave of 25 to 28 days, based on years of service, at full pay.
  • Retirement Savings Plan: Employees receive a company contribution of 10% basic annual salary and a maximum employer-matching contribution of 5% of basic annual salary.
  • Life Assurance & Income Protection: Life Assurance for 8 times your basic annual salary, up to a max benefit of £1.8million. 60% of your basic annual salary for a limited payment terms of 5 years, at the end of which a capital sum of 2x your basic annual salary is payable.
