What you will do

As Director, Total Rewards, you will join a dynamic global team, reporting to the PGIM Head of Total Rewards (based in the USA). You will design and implement innovative compensation and benefits solutions that support our evolving business strategy, primarily across our non-US footprint. This role manages the International Benefits Director and partners closely with US-based compensation colleagues.

This position is based out of our London office. Our organization follows a hybrid work structure in which you will be expected to be in the office at least 3 days per week. This role will require flexibility to cover global time-zones and require limited international travel.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the local subject matter expert for Total Rewards, providing modelling, guidance and advice on compensation structures and benefit offerings across multiple businesses and locations.
  • Develop approaches to the design, maintenance and governance of job architecture and market data structures.
  • Support pay transparency initiatives and year-end compensation processes.
  • Partner with HR and Finance regulatory leads to ensure compliance with remuneration regulations disclosures.
  • Leverage analytics to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Take a proactive and consultative approach to understand stakeholder needs solve Total Reward-related challenges.

What you will bring

  • 10 years of experience in HR compensation roles.
  • Significant leadership experience in compensation across EMEA, ideally within in either Asset Management, Banking or Insurance.
  • Proven ability to design multi-country benefit strategies.
  • Strong desire to learn and adapt in a flexible dynamic environment.
  • Excellent relationship-building, influencing and collaborative skills
  • Advanced analytical skills; the ability derive actionable insights from data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Exposure to Power BI or similar tools.
  • Experience of working with AON/McLagan benchmarking data.
  • High attention to detail, balanced with strategic vision and the ability to manage multiple projects.
