As the Associate Manager, Advanced Client Solutions (ACS), you will lead the day-to-day operations of a team supporting the Annuities business while actively driving transformation, change adoption, and the use of AI-enabled capabilities to modernize problem resolution. This role is designed for a people leader who can balance operational excellence with continuous improvement, innovation, and future-state delivery across ACS.
Work Arrangement
The current EWA for this position is Hybrid or Fully Virtual. While this role does not require regular on-site presence, there may be occasions where you are required to be on-site at a Prudential office based on business needs.

What You Can Expect
Driving Transformation & Change
- Lead transformation initiatives across ACS by identifying opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve consistency, accuracy, and cycle time.
- Act as a change leader, ensuring associates understand, adopt, and effectively use new processes, tools, and ways of working.
- Partner with Technology, New Business, Post-Issue, Sales, and Control teams to implement future-state solutions that improve client, advisor, and employee experience.
- Monitor outcomes of change initiatives using data, trends, and feedback to continuously refine and optimize performance.
AI Enablement & Data-Driven Leadership
- Champion the responsible adoption of AI-enabled tools and automation to support faster, more consistent decision-making and improved case resolution.
- Support validation, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of AI solutions in alignment with business goals, compliance standards, and operational risk expectations.
- Leverage reporting, analytics, and trend analysis to identify root causes, inform enhancements, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Foster a culture of innovation, curiosity, and continuous learning, encouraging associates to embrace technology-enabled ways of working.
Operational & People Leadership
- Plan, direct, supervise, and evaluate daily workflow to ensure service levels, quality standards, and production targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Organize and prioritize associate workloads to deliver efficient, high-quality service aligned with established policies and procedures.
- Provide full supervisory oversight, including hiring, performance management, coaching, mentoring, and development.
- Effectively manage and influence relationships across key stakeholders to manage territories and provide solution support with a strong focus on building trusted, collaborative partnerships with Sales.
- Support associates with technical guidance, escalations, and complex or sensitive cases while reinforcing risk-smart decision-making.
What You'll Need
- Passion for delivering top-tier service while driving modernization and innovation in a complex operational environment.
- Strong relationship management skills with ability to influence key stakeholders and partners across the business to drive reach outcomes.
- Supervisory and/or mentoring experience, with the ability to lead teams through change.
- Demonstrated experience supporting or leading process transformation, change initiatives, or technology adoption.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain change and influence adoption.
- Solid understanding of annuity products and supporting systems strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience working with large data sets.
- Flexibility in work hours and a consistent record of meeting or exceeding performance expectations.

What we offer you:
Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $89,000.00 to $147,000.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
