2026 High School Assistant Varsity Track Coach - Propel High Schools (3 Locations)

Opportunity:

Propel Schools is seeking an Assistant Varsity Track Coach for the 2026 Spring season at three locations:

• Propel Braddock Hills High School, Andrew Street High School, and Montour High School

Successful candidates will have:

• Prior track coaching experience on the varsity, junior varsity, and/or middle school level
• Preferred candidates will have student-athlete experience on the high school and/or intercollegiate level, prior high school coaching experience, & USATF certification
• Must possess effective coaching technique and skills
• Must possess knowledge of rules, regulations, strategies, and techniques of the sport
• Responsibility of coordinating a high school track program with the head coach and athletic director
• High level of personal organization and planning
• Strong communication and relationship building skills with student-athletes & families
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
• A commitment to the Promising Principles of Propel

  • Act 114 FBI Clearance
  • Act 151 Child Abuse Clearance
  • Mandated Reporter Training

The stipend amount is $2,000 for the season.
