Head Varsity Flag Football Coach (High School)

Opportunity:

Propel Schools is seeking a Head Varsity Flag Football Coach for the 2026 spring season at:

• Propel Braddock Hills High School
• Propel Andrew St. High School
• Propel Montour High School

Successful candidates will have:

• Prior flag football coaching experience
• Preferred candidates will have student-athlete experience on the high school and/or intercollegiate level, prior high school coaching experience, & USATF certification
• Must possess effective coaching technique and skills
• Must possess knowledge of rules, regulations, strategies, and techniques of the sport
• Responsibility for assembling his/her volunteer coaching staff
• Responsibility of coordinating a high school track program with the assistant coach and athletic director
• High level of personal organization and planning
• Strong communication and relationship building skills with student-athletes & families
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
• A commitment to the Promising Principles of Propel

Requirements:

• Up-to-date TB Test
• Act 34 Criminal Clearance
• Act 114 FBI Clearance
• Act 151 Child Abuse Clearance

The stipend amount is $2,000 for the season.
