Position Summary:

The Brand Senior Project Manager in the Brand Creative Department leads a team of project managers responsible for the planning, coordinating, and executing of internal, external, and event-focused creative projects. This role ensures alignment with brand strategy, manages timelines and budgets, and facilitates collaboration across design, copywriting, video production, events production, marketing team, and internal stakeholders. With a strong understanding of creative workflows and project management, the Brand Senior Project Manager identifies risks, resolves resource challenges, interfaces with cross-functional leads, and maintains quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Oversee the delegation and prioritization of tasks to ensure effective team utilization and productivity.
  • Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive project plans for internal, external, and event-focused creative initiatives.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand strategy.
  • Oversee the coordination of creative workflows across design, copywriting, video production, and events production teams.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and output quality.
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders, external partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain high-quality standards across all creative deliverables, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to refine project goals and outcomes.
  • Track and analyze project performance, providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform future project strategies and improve outcomes.

  • Planning, organizing, and executing creative projects.
  • Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Adept at identifying risks and resolving challenges efficiently.
  • Ability to guide and mentor a team of project managers.
  • Ability to foster collaboration across cross-functional teams.
  • Skilled in facilitating communication between internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Proactive in addressing resource constraints and maintaining quality standards.
  • Capable of presenting ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Skilled in prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Expert proficiency in Asana with a demonstrated ability to optimize workflows, enhancing efficiency and supporting the creative team's processes.
  • Comfortable managing shifting priorities and expectations
  • Experience in aligning creative projects with overarching brand goals.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A proven track record of 3-5+ years in project management, creative operations, or a similar role, ideally within a marketing, advertising, or creative environment.
  • Combination of education, certifications, and relevant experience will be considered.
