As a Quality Analyst Lead within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.

A Fraud Quality Engineer in Fraud Engineering ensures Actimize-based fraud solutions (AIS, IFM, RCM) are reliable, accurate, and aligned to business and regulatory expectations by validating workflows, models, and data behavior in a highly regulated environment.

Testing & Validation Skills
• Ability to analyze Actimize workflows, rules, and model behavior across AIS and IFM to design effective test strategies, including functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Strong skill in developing and executing test cases for RCM workflows, alerts, and case management processes, ensuring alignment to defined requirements and fraud scenarios.

• Creating and maintaining traceability between requirements, Actimize objects (e.g., workflows, rules, models), test cases, and defects to ensure full validation coverage.

Data Validation & Platform Expertise
• Ability to validate data ingestion, transformations, and outputs across Actimize pipelines, including file-based inputs, database tables, and alert generation.
• Strong understanding of underlying RCM database structures to support validation of workflows, case states, and audit data.
• Ensures accuracy of fraud detection logic by validating scenarios across multiple data conditions and edge cases.

Automation & Defect Management
• Support for automation of testing activities, including execution of repeatable regression test suites for Actimize releases and configuration changes.
• Strong focus on defect identification, triage, and root cause analysis, including validation of fixes across Actimize environments.
• Collaboration with engineering teams to validate deployments (APK/SPK) and ensure no regression or unintended impact to existing fraud logic.

Quality, Controls & Audit Readiness
• Ensures all testing activities align to regulatory, audit, and PNC governance expectations
• Maintains detailed evidence of testing, including traceability to requirements, test execution results, and defect resolution.
• Focus on completeness and control adherence, ensuring solutions align to approved scope, design standards, and fraud risk mitigation objectives.

Release Support & Continuous Improvement
• Supports release validation activities, including environment shakeout testing, post-deployment validation, and production certification.
• Partners with business analysts, engineers, and product teams to ensure shared understanding of Actimize requirements and expected outcomes.
• Contributes to lessons learned, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of testing practices across fraud engineering initiatives.
