About This Course

The Help Desk Agent course provides a comprehensive introduction to IT Support, covering essential topics in virtualization, networking, and server administration. It offers the opportunity to earn the ServiceNow CSA Certification at no cost, and CISCO IT Essentials and Networking Essentials badges, equipping you with the knowledge to fill a wide range of entry-level technology jobs.
Recommended starting point for learners with no previous tech work experience or coursework.
