Paid Search Specialist

Overview

This high-visibility position will support Search marketing streams for our eCommerce business and will be responsible for executing and optimizing paid search campaigns. You will partner with business stakeholders (marketing & sales), media agencies, and data science teams to design and execute best in class search marketing program, report on key metrics to demonstrate how the channel is driving customer and business value, and help build reporting solutions that help stakeholders understand effectiveness of the channel and what can be done to improve business results to drive growth. Your work will be critical to help improve the value driven through eCommerce platforms by growing the business at places where there is tangible value and scaling back in specific pockets to drive efficiency.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

We're looking for a Paid Search Specialist who will drive high-impact search campaigns across major retail media platforms and multiple PepsiCo brands. This role blends strategy, hands-on execution, and cross-functional partnership to unlock growth and deliver measurable business results.

What You'll Do

Campaign Execution

  • Build and launch paid search campaigns across key retail platforms for various PepsiCo brands.
  • Identify high-value keywords and develop compelling ad copy.
  • Manage and track budgets by platform and brand, ensuring strong financial performance.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to meet critical performance indicators.

Campaign Planning

  • Develop monthly and annual budget estimates for ongoing and new initiatives.
  • Champion best practices to elevate performance across all paid search efforts.
  • Explore new opportunities through ad copy testing, landing page enhancements, new ad groups, and keyword expansion.

Reporting & Optimization

  • Present campaign performance and insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams-Sales, Business Units, Media-to understand business priorities and uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Build and refine reporting dashboards and solutions that enable data-driven decisions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years managing paid search campaigns.
  • Experience with retail media search platforms such as Criteo or Amazon Search; Google Ads is a plus.
  • Background in agency environments is preferred.
  • Experience working with consumer packaged goods is an advantage.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation range: $69,900 - $117,000, based on skills, experience, and location.
  • Annual performance bonus target: 5% of base salary.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, retirement plan, and reimbursement accounts.
  • Paid time off including vacation, sick leave, parental leave, and bereavement.
