Manager, Business Process Improvement
Overview
PepsiCo's newly created Global Agriculture Office (GAO) is building end-to-end capabilities to strengthen and transform our agriculture value chain. As part of this journey, we are driving large-scale digital and technology initiatives that impact how we work with suppliers, growers, and internal stakeholders worldwide.
We are seeking a Manager, Business Process Improvement to act as a change agent, enabling successful adoption of new technology and business processes across PepsiCo's agriculture operations. This role will partner with global, sector, and market teams to ensure process alignment, smooth transitions, and measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
- Change Leadership
- Lead the change management strategy for agriculture digital and technology implementations.
- Translate technical and digital initiatives into clear business processes and adoption plans.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and alignment across regions and functions.
- Business Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline and standardize agriculture processes across markets.
- Facilitate process redesign sessions and document future-state workflows.
- Monitor performance and adoption metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Develop and deliver communication plans that build awareness, understanding, and commitment.
- Collaborate with growers, suppliers, and internal teams to address challenges and ensure solutions meet user needs.
- Prepare and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and feedback loops to drive adoption.
- Program & Project Integration
- Partner with S&T, Digital programs at regions and functional teams to ensure process readiness before system launches.
- Manage interdependencies between initiatives, highlighting risks and mitigation actions.

Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,400 - $178,100.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in change management, business process improvement, or transformation roles.
- Proven track record of leading organizational change for technology or digital initiatives.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in agriculture, supply chain, or food & beverage industry is a plus.
- Prosci or other change management certification desirable.
