Enterprise Solutions Director (SAP)
Overview
The purpose of this Director-level role is to provide strategic leadership, team management, and subject matter expertise in sustaining and enhancing our SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Replenishment Planning solution as part of the enterprise-wide PGT platform. This position plays a critical role in ensuring operational stability, addressing system defects, and delivering continuous improvements that align with the evolving needs of our Beverages and Foods business.
As a customer-facing leader, this role requires strong daily collaboration with PBNA and PFNA Supply Chain Planning leadership and the Supply Chain Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure planning systems meet performance expectations and deliver business value. The Director will lead a globally distributed team of employees and contractors, primarily located in the US and India, and will be accountable for achieving and maintaining established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), system uptime, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Responsibilities
This role is instrumental in shaping a DevSecOps culture, driving planning excellence, and enabling resilient supply chain operations through scalable, secure, and business-aligned technology solutions.
Leadership & Strategy:
- Define and lead the vision for SAP IBP DevSecOps in support of enterprise-wide planning processes.
- Serve as the primary liaison to supply chain and business planning leaders across the Beverages and Foods sectors.
- Guide the roadmap and lifecycle management of SAP IBP modules (Demand, Supply, Response).
- Ensure planning processes are agile, scalable, and continuously improving to support business growth and complexity.
DevSecOps Ownership:
- Build and lead a high-performing global DevSecOps team responsible for 24x7 operations, enhancements, and incident management.
- Evolve best practices around automated testing, code quality, and development pipelines.
- Oversee security compliance, and audit support across IBP environments.
- Drive automation of deployment processes, monitoring, and performance tuning to maximize system availability.

Service Delivery & Governance:
- Manage and govern vendor partnerships, contracts, SLAs, and SOWs to ensure high-quality, cost-effective services.
- Manage and improve KPIs/OKRs to measure system stability, incident resolution, change velocity, and user satisfaction.
- Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, FDA, FSMA) and alignment with internal governance policies.Oversee major upgrades, patching schedules, and regression testing in close coordination with enabling teams and business stakeholders.
Business Engagement & Innovation:
- Act as a trusted advisor to Planning, Operations, and Finance functions, translating planning challenges into technical solutions.
- Partner with product owners and solution architects to enable AI/ML, predictive planning, and digital twin capabilities in IBP.
- Lead change management, communications, and training to ensure business readiness for new capabilities.

- Managing Post-Go-Live Issues: System bugs, data inconsistencies, and user adoption problems after go-live.
- Multi-Site Deployment Complexity: Coordinating deployments across geographically dispersed sites with varying local requirements.
- Change Management and User Adoption: Resistance to new processes and system usage from employees accustomed to legacy systems.
- Data Integrity and Quality: Ensuring accurate data migration and maintaining data quality post-deployment.
- Balancing System Standardization vs. Customization: Maintaining a standardized SAP solution while accommodating local business needs.
- Performance Optimization Across Sites: Ensuring consistent system performance across sites with varying levels of infrastructure.
- Coordination Across Cross-Functional Teams: Aligning diverse teams with different priorities and levels of technical expertise.
- Regulatory and Compliance Challenges: Navigating different regulatory frameworks in the US and Canada.
- Vendor and Third-Party Management: Managing SAP and third-party vendors for support, upgrades, and customizations.
- Scalability and Future-Proofing: Ensuring the solution is scalable and adaptable to evolving business needs.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $125,900 - $249,900.

- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 25% of annual salary paid out annually.and an additional target payout of 10% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period.
- Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of SAP experience with a focus on supply chain planning; 5+ years in leadership roles
- Hands-on expertise with SAP IBP modules and integration with S/4HANA, ECC, or 3rd-party systems
- Proven experience managing DevSecOps or application sustainment teams in a global 24x7 environment
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, agile delivery, security practices, and cloud hosting (SAP BTP or similar)
- Demonstrated success leading large, complex technology initiatives with measurable business impact
Preferred: - Experience in the Food and Beverage or Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industries
- Knowledge of AI/ML planning accelerators, data lake integration, or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- ITIL or SAFe certifications a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; MBA or Master's preferred
