Responsibilities

The ROW Consumer & Commercial (ROW C&C) Transformation Lead deploys transformational capabilities across:

  • Beverages
  • Foods

These mission critical Beverages and Foods capabilities represent growth office driving and defining a approach and roadmap that represent 75%+ of PepsiCo's global core business.

The C&C Digital Transformation Lead serves as the key liaison to the new Business S&T team structure acting as the front door working to reshape H1, H2, H3 transformation process, business capabilities and act as the defacto subject matter expert when designing solutions and roadmaps across Foods & Beverages. The scope of the domain includes any capability across Selling, Order, Delivery, Merchandising, Routing, Visit Planning, Customer Service, B2B, B2C, Customer Capabilities, Marketing, Consumer data, Commercial Planning (Product Lifecycle Mgmt, Trade Planning, Sales Planning, Sales Content), Promotion AI, Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Execution (Pricing, Trade Promotion Execution), and Reporting and Analytics in general as well as all back-office integration.

The C&C lead provides Business Relationship Manager (BRM) services as well as Portfolio Management, Integrated Delivery Management, and defines future Techno-Functional operation consideration while planning and building IT capabilities to meet and exceed business goals. This role is critical to continuing to drive operational efficiency and productivity through advanced technology deployments across different regions such that we can meet the needs of our 1.5MM customers each and each week.

  • Manage a budget budget of $50MM (investment) Global programs
  • C&C Deployment responsibilities include business relationship management, portfolio management., service operations & reliability road mapping across different sectors
  • C&C is also the primary interface to the NA Business S&T capabilities organization
  • 700+ Sales & Delivery sites/sales offices in the US and Canada
  • 50,000+ DSD Field users
  • 25,000+ DSD Routes
  • 750+ Telesales users
  • 7,500+ HQ and KAM users
  • NA Marketing and Consumer teams
  • Support of 1.2MM NA Customers across all channels of business

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $118,700 - $198,800.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of Fifteen years of CPG Business Operations, IT Architecture & IT Strategy work
  • Proven track record of driving large scale operation programs in a fortune 50 CGP company
  • Demonstrable experience supporting large-scale, complex, high volume, highly available and resilient solutions
  • Strong business acumen and adept at managing Senior Executive level
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop teams and grow diverse talent
  • Agile methodology experience
  • Ability to manage budget of $40MM+
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree
