ABOUT THE ROLE

Peloton Studios London operates 365 days a year, delivering world-class fitness content and boutique experiences to our global community. As a Retail & Cafe Associate, you are the face of the studio—the very first impression our members receive. We are looking for upbeat, results-driven self-starters who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about creating a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Act as a brand ambassador, providing enthusiastic greetings and expert knowledge on class types, instructors, and the live production experience
  • Maximize revenue through exceptional product knowledge and high-standard merchandising in both the retail and cafe areas
  • Oversee end-to-end stock management for retail and F&B, ensuring all items are accurately loaded into the CMS and deliveries are verified
  • Partner with the Group Booking and Events departments to execute on-site member meet-ups and special studio experiences
  • Address member feedback across all channels (in-person, phone, and email) with a friendly, solutions-oriented demeanor
  • Constantly look for opportunities to grow the retail and cafe business by improving current services and presentation

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • Prior sales or hospitality experience with a genuine desire to exceed goals and provide "white-glove" service
  • Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to work professionally alongside a diverse team
  • An ambitious, hardworking, and team-oriented spirit with a "no task too small" attitude
  • Proficiency with Apple products and MS Office; experience with Salesforce or CMS platforms is a plus
  • Availability to work a dynamic schedule, including late evenings and weekends
  • An appreciation for fitness, a balanced lifestyle, and the Peloton mission
