Job Summary
Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Program Managerto drive execution across cross-functional initiatives spanning IT, Engineering, and business systems (GTM, CX, etc.). This role is focused on delivering complex programs end-to-end, ensuring alignment across teams, and driving outcomes in fast-moving environments.
In addition to strong program management fundamentals, the ideal candidate brings a working understanding of technical systems and a curiosity to build-including the ability to prototype simple tools or automations ("vibe coding") to accelerate problem-solving and improve team efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Program Delivery & Execution
- Lead end-to-end execution of cross-functional programs, including planning, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery tracking
- Drive alignment across IT, Engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure clear ownership and progress
- Ensure smooth coordination across teams and effective handling of blockers and escalations
Provide clear, concise updates for leadership and program forums
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Partner with Engineering, IT, Sales Ops, and CX teams to align on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
- Ensure handoffs between teams are well-defined and executed smoothly
- Maintain strong operating rhythms (weekly reviews, action tracking, follow-ups)

Technical Understanding & Problem Solving
- Develop a solid understanding of the systems and workflows being delivered
- Translate business needs into structured problem statements and actionable plans
- Apply systems thinking to identify dependencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
Lightweight Prototyping & Automation
- Build or experiment with simple tools, scripts, or low-code solutions to improve workflows or validate ideas
- Leverage AI-assisted tools where helpful to accelerate analysis or execution
- Partner with engineering teams to scale solutions where needed
Data & Reporting
- Track program metrics, progress, and key risks
- Build simple reporting views or dashboards to provide visibility
- Use data to support decision-making and continuous improvement
Qualifications
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in program management, technical delivery, or related roles
- Experience managing cross-functional technology programs with multiple stakeholders
- Exposure to enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, CPQ, data platforms, or similar) is a plus
- Experience in consulting or transformation programs is preferred
Skills & Capabilities
- Strong program management fundamentals:
- Managing multiple workstreams
- Driving accountability and execution
- Navigating ambiguity and complexity
- Solid understanding of technical concepts (e.g., system integrations, APIs, data flows)
- Clear and structured communicator who can simplify complex topics
- Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and status reporting
- Familiarity with low-code tools, scripting, or AI-assisted workflows ("vibe coding")
Additional Information
- SF Bay Area candidates only
- Expected onsite presence: Minimum 3 days/week
Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
$132,000.00 - $214,500.00/yr
