Job Summary
Solutions Architect - Service Creation (Network Security)
Your Career
As a Solutions Architect focused on Service and Offer Creation, you will play a critical role in defining, building, and scaling innovative network security offerings across Palo Alto Networks' Network Security Product portfolio. You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, GTM, and partners to create differentiated, repeatable, and scalable service offerings centered on NGFW, SASE, and SD-WAN technologies.
This role requires a strong blend of technical depth, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex architectures into consumable offers that drive customer outcomes and revenue growth.
Your Impact
- Lead the design and development of service offerings and packaged solutions leveraging Palo Alto Networks' Network Security portfolio (NGFW, Prisma SASE, SD-WAN)
- Define end-to-end solution architectures, including deployment models, integration patterns, and operational frameworks
- Build scalable, repeatable service blueprints for internal teams, partners, and customers
- Drive offer lifecycle from ideation through launch, including validation, pricing alignment, and GTM readiness
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to influence roadmap based on field and customer requirements
- Partner with GTM teams to enable sales, including creation of solution collateral, reference architectures, and value messaging
- Work closely with strategic partners (SPs, MSPs, Telcos) to co-develop and operationalize joint service offerings
- Provide technical leadership in customer and partner engagements related to offer positioning and adoption
- Establish best practices for SD-WAN and SASE deployments, including multi-cloud, hybrid, and branch transformation use cases
- Ensure offerings align with industry trends such as Zero Trust, AI-driven security, and autonomous operations
Your Experience
- 8+ years of experience in network security, solutions architecture, or related technical roles
- Deep expertise in:
- Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW)
- SASE architectures (SSE, CASB, ZTNA)
- SD-WAN technologies and deployment models
- Proven experience in building service offerings, managed services, or packaged solutions
- Strong understanding of enterprise networking (routing, switching, VPNs, segmentation, cloud networking)
- Experience working with service providers, MSPs, or large enterprise environments
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value and consumable offers
- Experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority

Qualifications
Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
$160,000.00 - $220,000.00/yr
