• Technical Leadership & Delivery: Define R&D engineering standards and architecture principles while taking full ownership of end-to-end delivery for complex, production-ready initiatives.
• Cloud & Data Architecture: Architect and build scalable, highly available solutions across major cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) leveraging modern data, streaming, serverless, and storage platforms.
• AI-Driven Engineering: Integrate modern AI tools and autonomous agents into daily workflows to optimize development velocity, author reusable agent skills, and maintain contextual grounding for maximum efficiency.
• End-to-End Ownership: Lead all phases of an AI-augmented Software Development Life Cycle (ASDLC)-from architectural design through automated testing, CI/CD deployment, and operations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product leaders and technical stakeholders to translate complex business needs into clear, high-value software deliverables shipped on schedule.
• Mentorship & Culture: Elevate engineering standards across the org through architectural guidance, code reviews, and continuous knowledge sharing.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• High-Level Language Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience building production-grade software in languages such as Python, Java, Go, C#, or Scala.
• Cloud Engineering: 2+ years designing and deploying cloud-native solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proven Delivery Record: Demonstrated track record of taking complex software products from initial design to production delivery with measurable business impact.
• AI Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience using modern AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) and productivity agents to accelerate technical output.
• SDLC / ASDLC Mastery: Strong expertise navigating full lifecycle software development, with a clear advantage for candidates experienced in an Agentic SDLC (ASDLC) environment.

• Serverless Architectures: Experience designing event-driven, serverless systems (e.g., AWS Lambda, Cloud Functions, EventBridge).
• Data & Messaging Ecosystems: Experience with modern storage platforms (e.g., Apache Iceberg, Aurora, DynamoDB, Redis, Graph DBs) and messaging systems (e.g., SQS, RabbitMQ, MSK, or cloud equivalents).
• Agentic Engineering: Hands-on experience building or deploying AI agents, structuring context/prompt pipelines, or authoring custom AI skills.
• Advanced Degree: Master's degree in Computer Science or a quantitative field
