Job Description

Job SummaryAs the Senior Regional Marketing Manager for Canada, you will be a key player on our North America Marketing team, tasked with accelerating our growth initiatives. You will design, build, and scale a fully integrated, data-driven marketing engine, executing full-funnel programs to generate pipeline, accelerate deals, and deepen our brand presence. This role requires a strategic visionary who can translate go-to-market strategy into tangible business impact across Canada's diverse markets.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and own the strategic marketing plan for key Canadian segments with a partner-first approach.Design and execute integrated, full-funnel marketing programs (digital, partner-led, ABM) to drive brand awareness, pipeline, and revenue.Lead data-driven campaigns from planning to execution, including budget allocation, tactical mix, and setting clear, quantifiable goals.Own marketing performance by using a data-driven approach to forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of all demand creation activities.Serve as a trusted marketing business partner for sales and partner sales leadership in Canada, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives.Lead the partner marketing strategy, collaborating with partner teams to create and execute joint programs that drive net new business.Maintain transparency by communicating program results, learnings, and performance against pipeline and revenue goals to all stakeholders.

Qualifications (Additional Job Description)

Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.10+ years of B2B software marketing experience with a proven track record of creating successful full-funnel and partner programs.Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling regional marketing programs for Commercial, Mid-market, and SMB accounts, with specific experience in the Canadian market.Essential experience in designing and executing integrated, full-funnel campaigns, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM) at scale and digital program mechanics.Preferred QualificationsSpecific experience in the cybersecurity industry.Reputation as a trusted partner and team player with a proven ability to lead with clarity and influence cross-functional teams.A resourceful, outcomes-driven self-starter who thrives on using a strategic, data-driven approach in a fast-paced environment.Resilience to manage multiple projects, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to deliver consistent results with a positive attitude.

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.

$146,000.00 - $200,000.00/yr
