Job Summary
The Team
The Cortex Cloud Data Security Platform is responsible for helping customers understand what data they own, how that data is being used, and how to protect their most sensitive data from cyber attacks and compliance breaches. Data is always the target for attackers and is also one of the most important assets an organization owns today. Helping an organization understand their data footprint and security drives priority and helps impact the entire security program.
We are looking for a Sr Manager, Product Management who can help us design, build and ship industry defining products to help cloud security and data security teams protect their organization's most valuable assets - their identities.
Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management to lead our Cortex Cloud Data Security team. In this role, you will guide the design, development, and launch of industry-defining products that protect our customers' most valuable assets. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from gathering customer feedback and prioritizing features to working closely with engineering to deliver the product roadmap and ensure a successful market launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a product management team through the entire product lifecycle, from customer feedback collection and feature prioritization to roadmap delivery in close collaboration with engineering.
- Drive the growth of core pillars within Cortex Cloud Data Security by introducing innovative and disruptive approaches, ensuring effective product launches.
- Collaborate effectively across all organizational functions, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure product alignment and success in a global environment.
- Develop a deep understanding of cloud and data security practitioners, translating their use cases and challenges into actionable product strategies.
- Partner with customer success, marketing, and sales to support existing customers, identify common user problems, and successfully bring new solutions to market.
- Guide the creation of intuitive, state-of-the-art user interfaces by working closely with UX/UI design experts.
- Take ownership of the full product lifecycle, simplifying complex requirements and focusing on the details to ensure successful delivery and market adoption.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent military experience.
- 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years leading high-performance product management teams.
- Demonstrated experience in the networking and/or cybersecurity industry.
- Proven ability in go-to-market strategy and business analysis.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Leadership experience in B2B/Enterprise product management within either large organizations or innovative startups.
- A strong passion for cybersecurity and a disruptive mindset toward solving complex problems.
- Experience presenting to partners and major enterprise customers.
