Job Description
Your CareerPalo Alto Networks is looking for a talented Senior IT Systems Engineer, Identity & Access Management who will be responsible for maintainability, build and configuration of user identity & authentication services, single sign on (SSO) and access automation.User Identity and SSO platform provides critical services to customers, partners and enterprise users. It also enhances user experience with automation and faster response. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with highly innovative technologies. You will make a big impact in this highly visible role strengthening our identity services.Your Impact Implement and support the SSO. MFA and user access provisioning servicesDevelop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and standardsPartner with IT and product teams for SSO and user registration integrationMaintain and support API based micro services for customizing customer and partner registrationManage scalability, capacity planning, redundancy, and resiliencyMaintain service availability and performance SLAs based on business and product requirementsWork with other Identity Platform engineers to deploy and maintain services, capacity planning, create and review operational runbooksContribute to future roadmap, design, deployment, validation, operations and DR/BCPDesign proactive service monitoring, alerting and trend analysis of the services, and implement self healingParticipate in on-call support rotation and handle IAM-related incidents as needed
Qualifications (Additional Job Description)
Your Experience3+ years of hands-on experience in managing and supporting identity & access technologies, like Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity, CyberArkVery strong knowledge of SSO, MFA and user identity management domainAdvanced understanding of SAML, OAuth, and SCIM standards and protocols and practical knowledge of their implementationKnowledge of directory services, preferably active directoryFamiliarity with privileged access management platformsAbility to work cross-functionally across multiple business units, such as IT application, infrastructure, and product development teams, primarily integrating applications and users with identity servicesStrong technical writing skills to support required documentationPassion, drive, energy, a sense of humor, and a great attitude!Hands on experience with cloud provides (GCP/ AWS)Strong scripting / automation skills in Python / Bash /GoBachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or technical stream with the equivalent combination of work experience or equivalent military experience requiredDue to the nature of the work environment (Fed/IL5), US Citizenship is required for this position.
Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
$93,000.00 - $150,500.00/yr
