Your Career

Work with your sales team to provide comprehensive solutions to your assigned customers' security challenges and issues. As a technical advisor, you will build strong relationships of trust with customers and support and lead sales activities. As an architect, you will understand our broad product portfolio, conduct demos and evaluations, and combine various products to create solutions. You will provide our headquarters development department with insights on product development and improvements, contributing to maintaining our technological superiority.

Your Impact

Work with your account managers and partners to establish yourself as a trusted advisor to potential and existing customers through ongoing high-touch proposal activities.

Propose feasible solutions by listening to and identifying problems from potential and existing customers, identifying specific causes, and developing optimal roadmaps.

Consider a wide range of products, create proposals to optimize the entire solution, and work to realize mid- to long-term network security plans.

Develop and propose effective solutions to solve cybersecurity challenges for potential and existing customers.

Continually self-learn to maintain technological leadership in the technologies that our products target (security, network, data center, SDN, public cloud, etc.).

By gathering information on industry trends and competitors, we understand the advantages of our products, enabling us to make effective differentiation proposals.

Deep technical knowledge in a specific technical field (network security, cloud security, endpoint security, etc.)

Experience in technical presales or solution proposals

Basic knowledge of networks (IP, TCP/IP, routing, NAT, etc.)

Advanced knowledge of Internet security.

Strong communication skills that enable correct understanding of customer intentions and logical proposals

Actively keep up with new technologies and products and have a self-learning attitude

Japanese language ability (fluent or native level, Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level 1)

Experience managing or leading large-scale projects

Experience making proposals to CIOs and CXOs

Security qualifications

Business-level English ability

The Team

As part of the Key Account Sales department, this team is responsible for new customer acquisition and account management for key account clients. We propose a wide range of products and solutions to provide our customers with the optimal product portfolio.
