Job Summary

As a Senior Product Manager for Insights and Automation, you will define and execute the vision for our Proactive Operational Health product line. You will be responsible for a critical solution that ensures the operational health of customer deployments by automating troubleshooting and providing AI-driven remediation across our entire security portfolio. This role is pivotal in shaping how customers maintain and optimize their security infrastructure, from traditional network security to cutting-edge Cloud and AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for proactive operational health insights, troubleshooting, and AI-driven remediation solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and standardize solutions for common issue scenarios across the Palo Alto Networks platform, ensuring a consistent customer experience.
  • Conduct in-depth customer and market research to deeply understand user workflows for operational health management and translate insights into product requirements.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including writing detailed product requirements (PRDs), defining user stories, and prioritizing features to solve customer problems.
  • Partner with GTM teams (Marketing, Sales) to develop compelling messaging and strategies that articulate the value of unified operational health management.
  • Drive execution by working closely with Engineering and UX teams, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of cross-platform features.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product adoption, feature usage, and business impact to inform future roadmap decisions.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent military experience.
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably within enterprise security software or platforms.
  • Deep domain expertise in network and security health management, NOC/SOC processes, and troubleshooting workflows in large-scale deployments.
  • Strong technical understanding of SaaS and cloud application delivery lifecycle and processes.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience with Palo Alto Networks products (e.g., NGFW, Panorama, Prisma Access, Prisma AIRS).
  • Experience managing products focused on AIOps, ITOM/ITSM, or unified operational health across a broad platform.
  • Proven experience driving the UX/UI design for products that consolidate complex operational health data and remediation workflows.
  • Active Palo Alto Networks certification (e.g., PCNSE, PCSAE, PCCSE).

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.

$148,700.00 - $240,525.00/yr
