• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable full-stack web applications and browser extensions.
• Investigate and resolve complex field-reported issues by developing creative and effective solutions, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
• Own and contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from initial design and coding through to testing and deployment.
• Proactively identify and lead initiatives for new projects, process improvements, or tool enhancements to drive team and group progress.
• Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and QA, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Mentor junior engineers and elevate team performance by sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative environment that encourages applied learning.
• Challenge existing assumptions curiously and positively to simplify complex systems and improve code maintainability and performance.

• At least 8+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong background in TypeScript, React and any backend technology
• Extensive experience in full-stack development, with a strong background in TypeScript and React.
• Proven experience building and owning large-scale software projects throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute across the stack, including experience with at least one backend technology.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent military experience

• Direct experience in browser extension development.
• Experience with backend development in Golang.
• Previous experience working in the cybersecurity industry.
• A positive 'can-do' mindset, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and empower others within a team.
