Job Summary

Lead and scale a high-performing TME team focused on SASE/SSE while staying hands-on as an individual contributor. You will drive technical strategy, field enablement, and customer engagement - operating at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and GTM. This role blends people leadership with deep technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of TMEs supporting the Prisma SASE/SSE portfolio.
  • Own technical product strategy across field enablement, analyst programs, and customer engagement.
  • Define and evangelize SASE/SSE architectures with competitive differentiation.
  • Influence product roadmap as the voice of the customer.
  • Present at EBCs, industry conferences, and strategic customer engagements.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years in cybersecurity - TME, Product Management, Solutions Engineering, or Engineering.
  • 3+ years leading or mentoring technical teams in customer-facing environments.
  • Deep expertise in SASE, SSE, SD-WAN, ZTNA, SWG, CASB, DLP, and Zero Trust architectures.
  • Strong networking and security fundamentals across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proven track record building demos, labs, reference architectures, and field-ready technical content.
  • Excellent executive communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on expertise using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT/OpenAI, Gemini, LangChain/LlamaIndex, and AI-native IDEs.
  • Experience building AI-driven demos, copilots, automation workflows, and agentic pipelines.
  • Strong Python and API integration skills.
  • Understanding of AI security risks - DLP, prompt injection, data exposure, and agentic threat vectors.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Gartner MQ, Forrester Wave, or analyst evaluation programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to be a Leader and Builder, comfortable mentoring a team and executing hands-on.
  • A systems thinker who focuses on architecture and outcomes, not just individual product features.
  • A storyteller who can simplify complexity and make technical concepts understandable to any audience.
  • A scale-minded individual who builds things that replicate, automate, and run without direct involvement.

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.

$168,000.00 - $271,500.00/yr
