Job Description

Job Summary

As the Senior Manager, Tax, you will lead our Transfer Pricing team, playing a pivotal role in global strategic planning and compliance. This position requires a leader with a strong work ethic and accountability to drive our global documentation, manage compliance, and support business growth. You will enhance your international transfer pricing experience by solving complex challenges and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the company's financial integrity and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the global transfer pricing compliance cycle, including documentation, reporting, and monitoring of regulatory deadlines.
  • Review financial statements for transfer pricing analysis and ensure the proper execution and governance of transfer pricing policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Accounting) on M&A integration, business restructuring, and other special projects.
  • Support global expansion, particularly in the APAC region, by researching local requirements and analyzing the tax consequences of new business models.
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements and automated tools to enhance efficiency in transfer pricing operations.
  • Manage and respond to inquiries from external and tax authority auditors, providing robust analysis and support for audits and APAs.
  • Lead benchmarking studies by defining search criteria, conducting functional interviews, and analyzing comparable companies to support our transfer pricing policies.
  • Conduct technical deep-dives into business operations to design, document, and implement robust transfer pricing policies.

Qualifications (Additional Job Description)

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of transfer pricing experience, including in public accounting and/or a multinational corporation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Tax Law, or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge and research skills in international transfer pricing principles.
  • Experience managing worldwide tax compliance, tax accounting, and intercompany transactions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite (G Suite).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (e.g., Master's, PhD, or Chartered Accountant designation).
  • Experience with PaPM, S4 Hana, Alteryx, Access, or similar ERP/accounting systems.
  • Proven experience leading projects with minimal supervision in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex transfer pricing concepts to cross-functional partners.
