Job Summary

As the Senior Manager of Product Management for Operations & Reliability, you will build and lead a team dedicated to ensuring our AI Firewall services meet a 99.99% SLA. This strategic role involves driving processes, tooling, and product capabilities for resilient, self-healing services. You will work across Product, Engineering, SRE, and Support to enable seamless global deployments. This is an ideal role for a leader passionate about building high-performance cloud SaaS services at a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Product Management team focused on Product Operations and Reliability.
  • Own the product strategy for operational excellence, service quality, and reliability across our cloud-delivered security platform.
  • Partner with Engineering and SRE teams to improve deployment pipelines, canary strategies, rollback mechanisms, and release processes.
  • Drive initiatives to improve availability, resilience, and efficiency while meeting and exceeding our 99.99% SLA commitments.
  • Define operational runbooks, proactive monitoring, intelligent alerting, and automated diagnostics to reduce customer impact.
  • Lead cross-functional efforts to improve product quality and reduce operational toil through data-driven prioritization.
  • Define and track operational KPIs, reliability metrics, and incident trends to continuously improve service health.
  • Champion a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • BS/MS in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent military experience.
  • 6+ years of product management experience.
  • Proven experience leading Product Management teams for large-scale SaaS or cloud infrastructure products.
  • Strong understanding of cloud operations, distributed systems, reliability engineering, and modern DevOps practices.
  • Experience partnering with SRE, Engineering, Customer Support, and Operations organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and customer insights to drive product and operational improvements.
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership, communication, and execution skills.
  • Mandatory experience using AI tools to augment product management work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep knowledge of release management, canary deployments, observability, monitoring, and incident management.
  • Passion for building products that are reliable, resilient, and delight customers through operational excellence.

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below.
