Job Description
Your CareerWe are seeking a visionary and hands-on Sr Director, GTM and CX to lead the strategic direction and architectural design of our Go-To-Market (GTM), with a strong emphasis on a process/data -first mindset. This role reports to the SVP of IT Applications.First principles-based thinking will be crucial for dissecting complex challenges and architecting innovative solutions.The ideal candidate is a deep functional expert with a passion for innovation and a proven track record in leveraging data and applications across GTM and Partner ecosystems. You will be instrumental in reimagining our Ecosystem processes through a data and AI-first lens.Your ImpactIn this role, you will contribute a deep knowledge of product development strategy to align teams around a vision that unlocks value and scales for dynamic Go-to-Market teams across the customer lifecycle. You will translate strategic foresight into actionable plans, using strong analytical skills to influence cross-functional teams and drive the product vision for Salesforce and our go-to-market systems. This position requires both strategic thinking for future growth and tactical execution for short-term goals.You will be responsible for data quality across the Ecosystem process workflow and will bring in guardrails to ensure the right processes are in place to capture the right dataKey responsibilities include:Strategic Vision & Roadmap: Defining and driving the strategic direction, vision, and priorities for AI applications and features for Ecosystem applications. This involves orchestrating a multi-year AI product roadmap in partnership with executive leadership, development teams, and business stakeholders.Product Lifecycle Management: Managing the full product lifecycle-from ideation through launch and ongoing enhancements-by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. This includes balancing the delivery of new AI features with enhancement requests based on customer feedback, usability insights, and market trends.System Process Architecture: Lead with Process driven architecture in the Ecosystem application process.Responsible for reducing friction while transforming the data logic and capture at the source.Define and Execute Partner Applications Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for the Applications ecosystem, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market opportunities.Manage Partner Technical Integrations and Relationships: Foster strong product-level relationships with partners, potentially establishing joint innovation roadmaps and ensuring their needs are prioritized.Accountable to drive frictionless partner experienceData-Driven Innovation: Driving clear, data-driven, and first-principle thinking on process mapping to influence areas of automation using AI and the latest digital workflows. This includes hands-on experience with data and segmentation for different routes to market to inform strategy. You will reimagine the support process, unconstrained by current limitations, using data insights to reshape it for the future.Process Transformation: Leading and executing transformations in Pre-Sales, Partner, and Support processes. This includes hands-on involvement with lead-to-opportunity processes and applications, with the ability to redesign the architecture and functional process.Cross-Functional Leadership: Leading cross-functional team meetings, aligning engineering, data science, UX, and GTM,CX business partners on IT application product priorities. You will partner with stakeholders, operations, and the AI COE to define and drive strategic direction, vision, and priorities for applications.AI/ML & GenAI Expertise: Staying current with AI/ML and GenAI trends and technologies, identifying opportunities for integration into product development processes and experiences.

Qualifications (Additional Job Description)
Your Experience 15+ years of experience in Partner applications and data, with focus in driving Ecosystems integrations, partner relationships and 10+ years of experience as a people leader .Strong understanding of platform businesses, partners, and enterprise application architectureExecutive presence with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders both internally and externallyExperience working with large GSIs, technology alliances, or partner-led solutionsDemonstrates a strong grasp of platform business models, partners and enterprise application architecture.Experience with Commerce, Sales, Marketing, CX systems and processes and solving complex workflows and designs that are seamlessly integrated into the Ecosystem.Experience in driving data-driven decisions within Growth/Sales organizations.Excellent communication skills, problem-solving, conflict resolution management, active listening, time management, and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong foundational understanding of enterprise applications and processes.AI Exploration & Implementation: Demonstrated experience or a strong, tangible curiosity in exploring and implementing AI use cases. Prior experience with Generative AI, predictive modeling, or leveraging AI in the software development lifecycle is highly preferred.Highly collaborative team player comfortable working in a matrix organization.Strategic Business Acumen: Ability to think strategically and effectively communicate with and influence stakeholders at all levels, translating complex business problems into applications/feature releases.People Management: Led large teamsEducation & Certifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business.
Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
$252,000.00 - $346,500.00/yr
