Job Summary

The Sales Operations Specialist is a critical role focused on enhancing our global sales effectiveness. You will provide analytical support, manage operational cadences, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives. This position is key to monitoring and improving the pulse of the global sales business through tools, processes, and metrics, enabling sales leadership to execute with accuracy and a focus on data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Theater and Area Sales Operations Leaders to drive business priorities and strategic initiatives.
  • Drive the adoption of forecasting tools and dashboards to ensure consistent visibility and delivery of the business plan.
  • Act as the primary driver for SFDC data cleanliness, ensuring accuracy of opportunities and account hierarchies.
  • Convert raw data into well-presented, actionable business information to support executive decision-making.
  • Challenge existing processes curiously and positively to simplify and improve sales operations efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to manage and ensure compliance with non-standard transaction processes.
  • Track and report on quarterly metrics, recommending action items for improvement in business performance and discount management

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a business-focused analytics, sales operations, or a related role.
  • Mandatory, hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, business acumen, and go-to-market methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in statistics, analytics, finance, or a related field.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and G Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Experience in a global role requiring flexibility to support worldwide teams.
