The Team

Sales - Our sales team members work hand-in-hand with large organizations to keep their digital information safe. Our passionate sales teams educate, inspire, and empower our potential clients. Job Summary

As the Renewals Account Manager for LATAM, you will manage an assigned territory, focusing on quoting, forecasting, and booking renewal contracts. Your primary goal is to drive the growth and retention of our customer base by reducing churn, improving on-time renewal rates, and identifying opportunities for expansion. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and their security posture is strengthened through our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full Renewal sales cycle-from quote generation and stakeholder collaboration to opportunity closure.
  • Drive reduction in customer churn and improve on-time renewal rates within your assigned territory.
  • Identify and pursue upsell, consolidation, and term extension opportunities to expand customer accounts.
  • Provide accurate and timely renewal forecasts using SFDC and other required tools on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Proactively collaborate with Field Sales, Sales Managers, Channel Partners, and End Users to ensure alignment and drive expansion business.
  • Assess customers' current accounts to evaluate effectiveness, identify evolving business needs, and deliver cross-platform solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Clearly communicate the company's value proposition and business opportunities to customers and partners.

Qualifications (Additional Job Description)

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of successful experience in a quota-carrying role, preferably in Sales, Subscription Renewals, or Account Management.
  • A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and maintaining an accurate forecast.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) for forecasting and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tools.
  • Exceptional time management, organization, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting customers in the LATAM region.
  • Demonstrated ability to build complex quotes involving non-standard product configurations.
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity products and the competitive landscape.
