Job Description

Job SummaryAs a Product Manager for our SaaS network security management platform, you will be responsible for understanding customer problems, defining a product vision, and guiding feature development to simplify daily operations for Network Security Administrators. You will work with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, and marketing to drive the product roadmap and ensure the successful delivery of market-leading solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for features including activation, onboarding, identity management, and platform scaling.Translate customer needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development efforts and ensure solutions address user pain points.Proactively collaborate with UX, engineering, and other product teams to deliver high-quality, differentiated, and automated solutions.Partner with product marketing to develop compelling messaging, impactful sales tools, and marketing content to support go-to-market efforts.Act as the voice of the customer, engaging with users, partners, and sales teams to gather feedback, evangelize the product, and drive continuous improvement.Define and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product success, identify areas for optimization, and inform data-driven decisions.Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and inform product strategy and priorities.Enable field teams by collaborating with technical marketing and support to assist with training, beta programs, and critical issue escalations.

Qualifications (Additional Job Description)

Required QualificationsBS/MS in a technical field or equivalent practical/military experience.8+ years of product management experience.Direct experience in one or more of the following areas: Networking, Network Management, Network Security, or Next-Generation Firewalls.Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear product requirements.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Preferred QualificationsHands-on experience building and launching SaaS products that improve IT operational efficiency.Experience with the full device lifecycle, from onboarding to decommissioning.Demonstrated ability to make data-driven product decisions.Experience thriving in fast-paced environments with overlapping project deliverables.

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.

$171,200.00 - $276,825.00/yr
