Your efforts will directly affect the overall strategy and success of a world-leading cybersecurity business. You will collaborate on complex business and technology problems that are top of mind for our executives. You possess a unique blend of business insight, business strategy experience, big-picture thinking, and influencing skills and the ability to collaborate with a large number of constituents within Palo Alto Networks.

Job Summary

As a Lead in our GCS Strategy & Operations team, you will be a senior leader directly contributing to Palo Alto Networks' overall strategy and success. You will join a dedicated case team, working with senior leaders to analyze and solve complex, high-priority business problems. Your work will be highly visible and instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Structure complex business problems, develop hypotheses, and drive analysis to deliver actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Proactively collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather information, test hypotheses, and co-create deliverables that accelerate execution.
• Develop and present high-quality, executive-level recommendations and deliverables to influence strategic decisions.
• Support the annual strategic and business planning processes, helping to build and enhance strategic capabilities across the organization.
• Drive organizational change by managing projects from strategy development through to execution, adapting to various roles to ensure successful outcomes.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional growth and empowering their development within the organization.

• 8+ years of relevant work experience, including at least 3+ years in management consulting, private equity, or a corporate strategy/bizops function at a top-tier tech company.
• MBA from a top-tier business school, a 'direct promote' equivalent in consulting, or equivalent military experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in the Enterprise Technology industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to senior executive audiences.

• Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry.
• Proven experience in building strong relationships and leading through influence rather than direct authority.
• Experience managing complex projects and large-scale business transformations.
• A self-starter attitude, comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments with minimal supervision.
