Job Summary
Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Lead for our AI Strategy & Transformation team to drive CEO-led initiatives. This role focuses on designing and deploying AI at scale to enhance Sales and Marketing, owning business outcomes from strategy through to execution. You will collaborate with executive leaders and cross-functional teams on mission-critical challenges, directly impacting our strategic success and innovation in the cybersecurity landscape. This is a key leadership position in a dynamic environment that values learning and transformative results.
Key Responsibilities
- Challenge current thinking and define the 'art of the possible' for our AI-driven future, curiously exploring new solutions.
- Take full accountability for driving impactful business outcomes, simplifying complex processes to ensure successful project execution.
- Lead transformative change by deploying AI within the organization, wearing multiple hats including strategy, product, and program management.
- Proactively collaborate and exchange information with cross-functional stakeholders to gather insights, co-create deliverables, and achieve shared business goals.
- Manage matrixed teams, empowering others by providing effective coaching and mentorship to team members.
- Structure and analyze complex business problems, applying critical thinking to identify root causes and develop data-driven recommendations.
- Develop high-quality, executive-level deliverables, including detailed business cases and execution roadmaps, with a sharp focus on the details.
- Support strategic business planning processes while actively fostering and building strategic capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 3 years in management consulting, private equity, or a corporate strategy/bizops function at a top-tier tech company.
- Deep expertise in the Enterprise technology industry.
- Proven experience managing large-scale transformation projects and leading through influence in a matrixed environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with comfort in both business and technical discussions with senior audiences.
- MBA from a top-tier university or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience with AI/Gen-AI transformations and B2B Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
- Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry.
- A self-starter attitude, thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments with minimal supervision.
- A passionate team player willing to roll up their sleeves and work cross-functionally to achieve results.

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
$171,800.00 - $277,925.00/yr
