Job Description
The Team
The Sales Operations team is a high-energy, motivated, and driven team that is responsible for supporting our sales organization and driving operational excellence. We are a team of problem solvers, collaborators, and strategic thinkers who are passionate about helping our sales teams succeed. We work closely with sales leadership to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth, improve sales productivity, and enhance the customer experience. Our team is responsible for a wide range of functions, including sales planning, forecasting, reporting, analytics, sales process optimization, and sales tool administration. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about sales, data-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Job Summary
We are seeking a Director of Business Operations to lead our Go-to-Market (GtM) analytics, develop insights to assess business performance, and identify new growth opportunities. You will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to provide the planning and analytical support necessary to achieve shared goals. This highly visible role involves leading a team of analysts and requires linking data to actionable, high-impact recommendations that drive growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Business Operations Leads and Analysts to provide insights that drive GTM performance.
- Structure and analyze complex business problems, develop hypotheses, and deliver data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
- Translate company strategies into actionable plans, overseeing the execution of key initiatives to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategic adjustments, implementing best practices for data transformation and presentation.
- Serve as a business process owner or advisor, leading cross-functional programs to ensure on-time completion with measurable outcomes.
- Prepare and present high-impact briefings, reports, and presentations for executive-level consumption to ensure alignment of strategic objectives.
- Proactively collaborate and ensure alignment with cross-functional partners including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Strategy, and IT to accomplish shared goals.
Qualifications (Additional Job Description)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- 12+ years of relevant work experience in technology, with a focus on strategy, sales operations, or business operations.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in management consulting, private equity, or a top-tier corporate strategy function.
- Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring a team of analysts or operations professionals.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data; proficiency in or aptitude to quickly learn SQL is a must.

- Master's degree or MBA.
- Deep understanding of go-to-market functions and various sales models (e.g., Hardware, Software, Subscription, SaaS).
- Extensive experience building integrated analytical models and enterprise-level analytics from scratch.
- Exceptional executive presentation and leadership skills, with demonstrated experience presenting to C-suite leadership.
Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
$200,000.00 - $275,000.00/yr
