• Oversee the delivery of proactive consulting services, ensuring consistency, quality, and the highest level of customer service.
• Provide hands-on, expert-level proactive Security Operations Center (SOC) and Cloud security assessment and transformation services, delivering findings to audiences ranging from technical staff to the Board of Directors.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Customer Success Managers to lead scoping conversations, articulate methodologies, and prepare proposals to win new business.
• Partner with the Unit 42 executive team to develop and execute the strategy for the proactive services practice.
• Drive innovation in service offerings by collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring new capabilities to market that leverage Palo Alto Networks products.
• Support the professional growth and development of consultants through recruitment, onboarding, training, and technical enablement.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clientele to increase awareness of Unit 42's capabilities and provide on-demand expertise.
• Identify and execute strategies for service development, practice enablement, and product adoption to advance practice goals.

• Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience, a Master's degree with 8 years of experience, or a PhD with 5 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent military experience.
• Proven experience in a senior cybersecurity consulting role, specifically with Security Operations Center (SOC) and/or Cloud security assessments and transformation.
• Demonstrated experience leading the delivery of technical consulting services, managing project teams, and overseeing client relationships.
• Experience developing teams and working with sales and domain leaders to scope engagements and drive business growth.

• Experience presenting complex technical findings and strategic recommendations to executive-level audiences (CxO, Board of Directors).
• Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or cloud security-specific certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience in practice development, including creating new service offerings and go-to-market strategies.
• Track record of recruiting, mentoring, and developing world-class consulting talent.
