Job Description

Your CareerThe Sr. Sales Operations Analyst will have the unique opportunity to partner closely with sales and go-to-market teams and learn about how we can derive insights from our data and help the team in planning, coordinating and executing key analytics initiatives . This role requires a strong and collaborative individual who is detail-oriented, capable of multitasking and prioritizing different cases, pulling insights from data, translating these insights into actionable recommendations, and working cross-functionally to drive successful execution.Your ImpactBecome the expert: Aggregate & understand our systems & tools and gain the understanding of our business and products to support the sales and go-to-market teams. Collaborate and build relationships: Work closely across teams and functions to gather the right information, pressure-test data & analyses, co-create deliverables, and accelerate executionDeliver results: Develop high-quality deliverables in a timely manner especially during the quarter ends Support rollout of business KPIs on a weekly, quarterly and annual basis Regionalize the key sales and go to market insights and communicate with the wider EMEA teams to support business decision-making and planning processContinue to progress data quality efforts within enterprise systems such as Salesforce.com and other tools to ensure all users are accessing accurate and timely dataOngoing ad hoc analysis of customers, markets, organizations, industries, and productsBe a master of G-Suite to make sure that we have a good track of our key files and folders

Qualifications (Additional Job Description)

Your Experience +5 years of business analysis or sales operations experience in a high-tech company, with demonstrated ability to strategically analyze and synthesize data into useful formats and actionable insightsUniversity degree in Business, Analytics or Economics Proven self-starter with a high-energy, company first, positive attitude that thrives in fast-paced environmentsExcellent verbal & written communication, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively to peers and executives alikeAbility to build trust, lead through influence, and collaborate across teams & functionsExperience with Salesforce and Tableau
