This position will report directly to the Director of Security. This position will be based out of Irving, TX.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a robust ability to manage a diverse range of skill sets effectively. They must exhibit strong leadership capabilities, articulate communication skills, and excel in strategic planning and problem-solving. Key competencies include the ability to foster collaboration and cultivate a positive organizational culture. The candidate should have experience in overseeing project and workload management (including resource allocation and leveling), as well as identifying innovative solutions to complex challenges that streamline processes and reduce manual tasks. Additionally, the individual should empower team members to work autonomously, guiding them towards the successful achievement of goals.

Capability to clearly define goals, map out expectations, delegate tasks, manage risks, and track project progress and deadlines

Possess Strong experience with 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM and associated gov't regulations and DCSA process for the DoD

Enable cross company collaboration to drive consistent operations within the security organization

Ability to handle competing demands and prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency in a dynamic and fast paced environment

Ability to manage in person and remote team

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of relevant security experience OR Master's Degree and 8+ years of relevant security experience or Associate's Degree and 12+ years of relevant security experience OR High School Diploma and 14+ years of relevant security experience

Candidates must have a current active DOD Secret level security clearance (or higher) in order to be considered with the ability to obtain, and maintain, a DOD Top Secret level security clearance as a condition of continued employment
