NGMS is looking for you to join our team as a Test Conductor (Lab Lead) based out of Woodland Hills, CA. You will become an integral contributing member to the overall success of the Woodland Hills site.
What You'll get to Do:

Evaluate, select, develop, and implement innovative solutions to increase efficiency of lab and test operations.
Responsible to ensure engineering tests serve mission objectives and mechanisms are in place to execute the tests.
Oversees the operational aspects of engineering tests and serves as liaison to program, SEIT leads and functional management.
Assesses test equipment anomalies and develops resolutions to documented procedures in conjunction with Integration & Test and Quality Engineering.
Ensure accurate inventory of properly calibrated engineering equipment/assets.
Train personnel on proper usage of equipment.
Participate in modernization of Legacy Test Equipment infrastructure.
Interface with various engineering organizations and communicate test requirements and ability to enforce strict testing standards in clean/organized labs.
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university with 2 years of related test experience, or a master's degree with 0 years of experience; 6+ years of test experience in lieu of the bachelor's degree will be considered.
Experience supporting successful engineering tests by providing equipment/ mechanisms to execute the tests.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with excellent communications skills, including the ability to brief test results to senior engineers.

Previous experience maintaining an inventory of calibrated equipment is required.
Previous system test or maintenance experience is desired.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
US Citizenship
Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret security clearance in a timeframe acceptable to management
Ability to work full-time onsite in Woodland Hills, CA
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience building custom/prototype cables/test equipment is required.
Experience with Navigation systems is highly desired.
Experience with scripting languages (MATLAB, JavaScript, etc.)
Experience evaluating, selecting, and implementing new HW products or SW tools is highly desired.
A current Secret security clearance.
Primary Level Salary Range: $83,400.00 - $125,200.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
