We are seeking a confident and engaging Technical Instructor to support the C-27J program. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on aircraft experience who thrives in front of a classroom and is passionate about mentoring others. Bring your technical expertise to our critical Through Life Support program for the C27J Spartan, working as part of a team that values technical excellence, passion, drive and autonomy.
In this role you will deliver high quality mechanical training to aviation personnel supporting the Spartan TLS program, using your real-world maintenance experience into structured, practical training modules that builds capability and confidence within the maintenance cohort. You will also be responsible for:
Development and delivery of classroom and practical mechanical instruction.
Mentor and support trainees through complex technical concepts.
Ensure compliance with aviation safety and regulatory standards.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Proven experience working on aircrafts.
Cert IV Aeroskills or equivalent.
Previous experience within an aviation or defence environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Cert IV in training and assessment is highly desirable.
