This position will be located in San Diego, California with an option to be remote. This is an individual contributor role, a non-manager role with no direct reports.
This position is for the role of an AGILE Program Integrator. The selected candidate will be part of a diverse organization of project integrators within the Triton Program Integration Team. The candidate is responsible to oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing AGILE projects, and serve as the liaison between program management and integrated product teams. This individual contributor will work side by side with the Program Manager in executing a full Agile implementation by managing day-to-day delivery execution, coordination, and performance tracking. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports and improves cost and schedule performance by translating Agile execution metrics into actionable inputs for Estimate at Completion (EAC) and variance management. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives and increase delivery predictability by identifying execution risks, dependencies, and inefficiencies early and supporting timely corrective actions. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, clients and enables consistent, disciplined Agile execution aligned with contractual, financial, and schedule requirements.
Responsibilities:

Knowledge of project management and program integration and associated PM tools. General understanding of integrated management framework and program management process and procedures.
